Nuestra empresa cliente del área de consumo masivo requiere contratar a un Gerente General que se encargue de evaluar y supervisar elaboración de presupuestos de venta, de la evaluación del desarrollo de planes de mercadeo, cumplir y velar que las políticas y normas de la empresa se cumplan con tal de garantizar los programas de mejora continua, representar a la empresa fuera del país y dentro del mismo, cumplir con objetivos planteados según métricas, evaluación y control de presupuestos anuales de gastos, entre otros.
Orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products using their own product, market and consumer expertise, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.
• Implement new product launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products
Contribute to deploying the Group’s regulatory affairs strategy and implementing regulations, notably for cosmetics and chemicals, in product development and marketing.
• Provide technical and regulatory support throughout the product lifecycle, from initial research to final marketing.
Define and steer the country strategy for the category consistent with the international brand positioning and the country’s priorities to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.
Execute the local digital marketing strategy to develop the brand positioning in the Country. Ensure local marketing, communication and commercial coverage towards developing the consumer engagement and loyalty.
• Roll out the Brand‘s digital activity and ensure its consistency with the brand sense of purpose.
